Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of your purchase date. As a small business, every bra is hand-assembled to your specific sizes before being shipped, so please allow time for this process. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not yet ship internationally, but we hope to expand soon!

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at shopsuigeneration@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, with photos, so we can make it right.
